LaHabra  Acrylic-Based  Acrylic Finish  3-Part CSI specifications

LaHabra® Acrylic Finishes are durable coatings which provide color and texture over LaHabra Wall, brown coat, cast-in-place concrete, and other approved substrates.

These finishes are premixed 100% acrylic based coatings, available in Coarse, Medium, Fine, Sierra Sand Coarse, and Sierra Sand Fine Finishes. LaHabra Acrylic Finish is offered in 30 standard colors with custom color matching available upon request.

LaHabra pioneered the Base and Packaged Color systems within the stucco industry. Now this innovation is available in the Acrylic Finish line. Choose LaHabra Acrylic Finish in either the Base/Liquid Color system or the Premix product with color included. Also available in custom matched colors.

Texture Choices

Fine: "Ornamental trowel" texture or "Spray" texture for sculpted decorative effects such as lace or "skip-trowel." Maximum thickness: 1/4".

Medium: Lightly textured, "sand-like" floated finish. Maximum thickness: 3/64".

Coarse: Worm-like "Open-Textured" pattern in regular or random styles. Maximum thickness: no greater than aggregate.

Sierra Sand Fine: Texture to provide a 20/30 Float Finish. Maximum thickness: no greater than aggregate.

Sierra Sand Coarse: Texture to provide a 16/20 Float Finish. Maximum thickness: no greater than aggregate.
